Recognizing the need for substantial changes within the complex ecosystem of music, we seek out collaborative pathways within and between organizations and networks to realize the untapped potential of music as a catalyst for positive social change.
Through a process of inquiry and experimentation, and using the lens of positive organizational scholarship, we aim to innovate within the ecosystem of music, to strengthen the connections between music learning and positive social change, with the ultimate goal of building capacity for social change solutions.
